About the Founder
The Walnut Weekly is founded and published by Shruti Kohli, a media leader, entrepreneur and an author. Shruti started her career as a journalist with various media organisations including The Times of India, Indian Express CNBC-TV18. She has also authored a book titled The Petticoat Journal. Her book is published by Rupa Publications.

 

The Walnut Weekly was previously called The Shepherd of Readersburg. It has been renamed as part of our rebranding process since early 2025.
